I have just finished reading the Lights of Peril series. Absolutely bloody fantastic (I’m from Australia, sorry for the language). Not many books get me so emotionally involved but this wow! You had me at 2% through the first book and by the end of it I was written off. I have a rating system by the number of tissues I use (you know what part of the book I am referring to), I reached 5 tissues and cried in the shower. With The Thorn Birds by Colleen McCullough I reached 8 tissues but no crying in the shower. In addition, I still shed more tears in book 2.
Beautifully written, wonderful storyline and editing/proofreading was great. Not a lot of books I’m reading have been edited very well. I have recommended your books to some others and am getting similar feedback. Congratulations, well done. You’ve made my small list of favourite authors. I’m into the next series, starting with Ace. Can”t wait!
